New Falken Sincera SN832i and Ziex ZE914 Ecorun promise better things on the road.

Stamford Tyres, the exclusive distributor of Falken tyres, has unveiled two innovative Eco tyres, developed specifically for Asian conditions. While the SN832i was developed for Asian needs from the outset, the Ziex ZE914 was first developed for the European market and was modified to deal with Asian conditions, notably by enhancing its wet braking capabilities and fuel consumption parameters.

Sincera SN832i

The Sincera SN832i is capable of delivering high levels of durability thanks to its widened, reinforced internal steel belt. It promises higher mileage while providing unparalleled wear performance.

With an enhanced level of tread rigidity, the tyre is said to be resistant to irregular wear, thanks also to a distinctively shaped four-rib pattern design which helps to maintain the size and strength of the individual pattern blocks.

This optimises the tyre's footprint so that contact pressure is evenly distributed across the entire tread pattern. And because of its rounded profile, strain on the tyre can be evenly distributed tohelp reduce deformation levels. The SN832i comes in 33 sizes, ranging from 50 to 70-series profiles and can be fitted on wheel sizes ranging from 12 to 16inches.

Ziex ZE914 Ecorun

The sportier Ziex ZE914 Ecorun is a tyre designed with fuel efficiency in mind, having a low rolling resistance compound but engineered with performance in mind. This tyre features an asymmetric tread pattern with four straight wide circumferential grooves for hydroplane resistance along with a dual high rigidity rib construction, allowing good wet and dry braking stability.

Slots and sipes can be found throughout the tyre so that even tread wear and ride comfort is optimised, while providing additional traction. With a size list ranging from 15-inch to 18-inch and speed ratings of H, V and W, the ZE914 Ecorun is a great tyre for those looking to save fuel even as they gain on performance.
